In this vital role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure safe and ethical medication dispensing, provide expert pharmaceutical advice, and drive the profitable growth of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with physician directives.
  • Counsel patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, interactions, and storage.
  • Review prescriptions thoroughly for clinical appropriateness and safety.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to optimize workflow.
  • Maintain precise patient records and comprehensive pharmacy documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical stock.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations and other legal standards.
  • Participate in community health promotion, disease prevention, and medication therapy management.
  • Resolve customer inquiries professionally and ensure a secure, clean environment.
  • Drive profitable operations and business growth for the pharmacy unit.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
  • Valid practicing license issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • Completed or exempted National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a community or wholesale pharmacy setting.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
