We are currently seeking a results-driven and proactive NYSC corps member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) to join our growing team onsite in Nigeria. In this role, you will be part of a purpose-driven company that values integrity, creativity, and impact, where every team member plays a vital role in shaping the future of real estate across the continent.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and moderate active WhatsApp communities of virtual sales agents to foster high engagement.
- Track, monitor, and follow up closely on agents’ sales progress and conversion rates.
- Keep agents motivated, informed, and equipped with the right tools to achieve their targets.
- Share timely property listings, company updates, and important announcements across all assigned groups.
- Resolve agent inquiries promptly or escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Must be a currently serving NYSC corps member ready to commit to a fully onsite role in Nigeria.
- Possess intermediate knowledge of content creation and social media management principles.
- Extremely active on WhatsApp with proven experience in managing and engaging online groups.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and meticulous follow-up skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to track multiple agents' progress simultaneously.
