About the Role
Telamo Properties is a fast-growing, technology-driven real estate company dedicated to transforming the housing sector across Nigeria. We simplify how people find, manage, and pay for quality residential homes, making renting flexible, transparent, and convenient for modern residents. We are currently looking for a passionate Community Manager to cultivate strong relationships with our users and enhance brand loyalty through engaging offline and online touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow our active user groups across multiple digital and physical channels to ensure high member engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, workshops, and training sessions tailored to modern renters and property seekers.
- Serve as the primary voice of the community, gathering valuable user feedback and relaying insights to the product and marketing teams.
- Monitor community sentiment, drive conversations, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment for all members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align community campaigns with broader company growth objectives.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in community management, event planning, or social channel administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect easily with diverse groups of people.
- Demonstrated ability to host engaging physical and virtual events, trainings, and webinars.
- A good understanding of the Nigerian real estate or tech startup ecosystem is a strong advantage.
