Matog Consulting, a leading management consulting firm in Nigeria, is recruiting on behalf of our client—a premier legal outfit, sales and distribution company, and law books dealer with strategic offices in Lagos Island and Victoria Island. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that elevate brand visibility, promote specialized products, and engage a niche professional audience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's business goals and market positioning.
- Create, curate, and schedule visually appealing and intellectually engaging content tailored for legal professionals, students, and institutional buyers across all active social media channels.
- Monitor digital communities, responding promptly to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries to foster strong brand loyalty.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics using analytics tools to optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert online engagement into tangible sales and business growth.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, emerging social media tools, and industry best practices.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing major social media platforms, scheduling tools, and native analytics suites.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for compelling copywriting and proofreading.
- Basic graphic design proficiency using tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite will be considered a distinct added advantage.
