Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare and preventive medical services to staff, riders, and community beneficiaries.
  • Conduct regular health education sessions, basic health screenings, and structured community outreach programs.
  • Provide continuous patient support, follow-up care, and promote general health awareness within the ecosystem.
  • Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with medical safety standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster a safe, healthy, and supportive working environment.

Qualifications
  • Recognised qualification in Community Health or an equivalent relevant health qualification.
  • Current professional registration and active licensing where applicable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in community health, primary healthcare, or a similar clinical role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven expertise in outreach, health education, and patient support.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and ready to work full-time in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to public service delivery.
