As we drive economic transformation and improve community welfare, we are seeking a dedicated Community Health Officer to champion health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare and preventive medical services to staff, riders, and community beneficiaries.
- Conduct regular health education sessions, basic health screenings, and structured community outreach programs.
- Provide continuous patient support, follow-up care, and promote general health awareness within the ecosystem.
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with medical safety standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to foster a safe, healthy, and supportive working environment.
- Recognised qualification in Community Health or an equivalent relevant health qualification.
- Current professional registration and active licensing where applicable.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in community health, primary healthcare, or a similar clinical role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven expertise in outreach, health education, and patient support.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and ready to work full-time in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
