About the Role
All On Partnerships for Energy Access is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications and Partnerships Manager to join our leadership team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will champion our mission to expand sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy access by leading strategic communications, building high-value partnerships, and overseeing our innovative grants portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive communications and reputation management strategies to elevate All On's national and international visibility.
- Direct executive thought leadership initiatives, including speeches, impact reports, media relations, and digital content campaigns.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships across the renewable energy, impact investment, and social impact ecosystems.
- Provide strategic oversight for the grant-making lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and measurable impact.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, driving departmental work plans, budgeting, and performance management.
- Undergraduate degree in Communications, Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with a strong track record in senior leadership and complex organizational management.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and public speaking skills with the ability to convey complex themes clearly.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian energy access market, impact investing, and capital markets.
- Proven ability to design win-win strategic partnerships and maintain robust relationships with high-value stakeholders.
