His Thoughts Academy began on the 4th of February 2013 as a creche and playgroup center, born out of the long-held vision of our proprietress to establish a premier educational institution. Driven by a deep love for children, we are committed to nurturing young minds and laying a strong, lasting foundation for their future success. We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified Commercial Subject Teacher to join our dynamic academic team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in commercial subjects such as Commerce, Economics, and Financial Accounting to secondary school students.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans in line with the approved Nigerian educational curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Foster an inclusive, stimulating, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in commercial subjects within a recognized academic environment.
- Strong passion for teaching and working with children and young adults.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Valid teaching certification or professional registration is an added advantage.
