We are currently seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced Commercial Subject Teacher to join our dedicated academic team. In this role, you will inspire students, foster critical thinking in commercial disciplines, and uphold the moral and academic standards of our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Teach commercial subjects such as Commerce, Financial Accounting, Economics, and Bookkeeping in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and engaging classroom activities to enhance student learning.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through regular quizzes, tests, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a disciplined, safe, and positive learning environment that aligns with Islamic values and school policies.
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and moral development, fostering integrity and excellence.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed), B.Sc in relevant commercial fields, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Proven teaching experience in commercial subjects within a recognized primary or secondary school setting.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian educational curriculum and modern teaching methodologies.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High moral standards, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching within an Islamic school environment.
- Ability to integrate technology into classroom instruction is an added advantage.
