About the Role
Huko Advisory Services, a leading human capital development company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Officer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality services to our clients through expert construction cost management, procurement, contract administration, and project budgeting.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate cost estimates, comprehensive project budgets, and detailed tender reports and analysis.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project financial performance.
- Manage contractual documents, handle complex negotiations, and safeguard company interests.
- Monitor ongoing project progress closely, ensuring strict cost control measures are maintained.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver exceptional quality outcomes.
- BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience within the facility management or construction industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Cost Estimation Software, MS Office Suite, and MS Project.
- Strong analytical skills combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, alongside superior negotiation skills.
