Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and market-entry strategies to drive brand penetration and market share in Rivers and Bayelsa states.
- Supervise, mentor, and inspire sales, marketing, and customer service teams to achieve peak performance and operational excellence.
- Deliver aggressive sales, profitability, repeat-order, and debt collection targets consistently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, modern trade partners, and distributors within the regional business environment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and optimize product distribution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
