About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to join our esteemed team and drive financial and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and control commercial processes within the Plant and Equipment sector.
- Prepare and reconcile accounts, contracts, and customer invoices.
- Participate in all business management tasks, including booking verification and receivables management.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and comprehensive management reports.
- Create, monitor, and analyze budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Conduct cost calculations, depreciation analyses, price valuations, and investment evaluations.
- Manage critical interfaces between finance, procurement, legal, and operations departments.
- A completed commercial degree, industrial engineering, or comparable professional training.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar commercial or financial role.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the construction industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in English with strong spoken and written communication skills (C1 level).
- Good working knowledge of SAP and standard MS Office applications.
