Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand SYNLAB's market share in Port Harcourt and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for diagnostic services.
- Plan and execute effective sales visits, presentations, and promotional campaigns to drive service uptake.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for service expansion.
- Collaborate with internal operational and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of cognate experience in medical sales, business development, or commercial roles, preferably within the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Port Harcourt healthcare market and existing industry networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
