In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing customer relationships, driving sales opportunities, and seamlessly coordinating client requests across our terminal, shipping, documentation, and operational departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily with operations, documentation, terminal, shipping lines, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of all customer jobs.
  • Monitor customer invoices, process payments, track outstanding balances, and manage all relevant financial documentation accurately.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records and provide regular, timely updates regarding job statuses, service requests, and complaint resolutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and prompt follow-up.
  • Drive aggressive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, following up on commercial inquiries, preparing quotations, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Logistics, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in customer relationship management within the shipping, container terminal, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, and client retention within maritime supply chains.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service, and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship management abilities with a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environment.
