Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across Rooms, Food and Beverage, Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), and Spa to drive revenue growth.
- Partner with General Managers and Finance to optimize cost of sales, profitability, and margin targets.
- Oversee revenue management practices, including dynamic pricing, rate strategies, and robust demand forecasting.
- Coordinate sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to reinforce brand positioning and capture market demand.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and adapt commercial strategies to evolving market dynamics in Nigeria.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with property owners, regional teams, and external partners.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing commercial team through targeted professional development and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive senior-level experience in hotel commercial management, revenue management, or sales and marketing leadership.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding financial targets in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
