About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive, customer-focused Commercial and Customer Relations Supervisor to manage client relationships, drive sales opportunities, and seamlessly coordinate customer requests across our terminal, shipping, documentation, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with operations, documentation, terminal, shipping lines, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of customer jobs.
- Monitor customer invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and other relevant financial documentation to ensure account accuracy.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely, professional updates regarding job status, requests, and complaints.
- Manage and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional follow-up and service delivery.
- Drive commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, following up on inquiries and quotations, and successfully converting prospects.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Logistics, or a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in customer relationship management specifically within the shipping, container terminal, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal relations, customer service, and cross-functional problem-solving.
- Strong relationship management capabilities with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand maritime operational environment.
