Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and rigorous commerce lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and school initiatives
- Integrate moral and ethical values into commerce education
- Prepare students for examinations and professional development in business disciplines
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Commerce, Business Studies, or related discipline
- Minimum of NCE, BSc, or B.Ed in Commerce or related subject
- NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate (for recent graduates)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and commitment to student excellence
- Team player with ability to contribute to school development
- Must be a practicing Christian
