Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Commerce and Business Studies to secondary school students following the approved curriculum.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Evaluate and monitor student academic progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavioral development.
- Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), B.Sc., or HND in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting is a strong advantage.
