Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages adhering to strict quality and recipe standards.
- Demonstrate advanced coffee-making techniques, including precise espresso extraction and intricate latte art designs.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide expert recommendations on coffee beans and menu items.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked bar workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on commercial espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions efficiently while utilizing the point-of-sale system.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty and repeat visits.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience working as a Barista in a busy cafe or hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in professional coffee making, milk frothing, and advanced latte art.
- Strong knowledge of different coffee beans, origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid food handler health certificate or willingness to obtain one promptly.
