We are currently seeking a passionate, creative, and tech-savvy Coding Instructor to join our dynamic academic team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping young minds by introducing them to the foundational concepts of computer programming and digital design.
Key Responsibilities- Teach foundational coding and programming basics to children in an engaging, age-appropriate, and interactive manner.
- Guide students in creating innovative technology projects and mastering graphic design using Canva.
- Develop and implement a structured, fun, and comprehensive curriculum that caters to different learning speeds.
- Foster a collaborative and encouraging learning environment that sparks curiosity and technological problem-solving skills.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Maintain and manage computer laboratory equipment and software resources effectively.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven prior experience in teaching coding, robotics, or computer skills to children.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Canva, and basic programming languages suitable for kids.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- High level of patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education and technology.
- Residency in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, or willingness to relocate.
