Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor CNG plant, compression, storage, and dispensing systems.
- Support safe and efficient dispensing of CNG to NGV customers and vehicles.
- Monitor pressure, temperature, flow, and other critical operating parameters.
- Conduct routine equipment and facility inspections and perform approved start-up and shutdown procedures.
- Identify and promptly report equipment faults, gas leaks, abnormal conditions, and safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate shift logs, operational records, checklists, and dispensing records.
- Ensure proper connection and disconnection procedures during CNG dispensing and transfer activities.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the operational area remains clean and safe.
- Comply strictly with SOPs, HSE requirements, emergency procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
- Minimum of OND or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or a relevant technical discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in CNG, NGV, Oil & Gas, or industrial plant operations.
- Basic knowledge of compressors, pressure vessels, valves, piping, dispensers, and process equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow SOPs, technical instructions, and safety procedures.
- Good observation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively under a shift-based operational structure.
