About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic maintenance and engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, air quality control units, and commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct daily operational inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature controls.
- Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and related mechanical equipment.
- Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems, electronic wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
- Perform routine swimming pool and spa maintenance as required.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety, security, and environmental policies, reporting hazards and completing required safety training.
- Ensure a professional personal appearance, maintain guest confidentiality, and provide courteous service that anticipates and addresses guest needs.
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC and mechanical maintenance experience in a hospitality or industrial setting.
- Valid EPA Universal Certification and professional HVAC Certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting up to 100 pounds, work in confined or elevated spaces, and stand or move for extended periods.
