We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations, diagnostic testing, and mental status examinations for patients presenting with diverse conditions.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate individualized psychotherapy treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or psychodynamic therapy.
  • Provide specialized individual, group, and family counseling sessions focusing on mental wellness, trauma recovery, and addiction rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical doctors, psychiatric nurses, and social workers to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with hospital standards and professional ethics.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and continuous professional development programs.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold a valid, current practicing license from the relevant professional regulatory body in Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience working with mental health patients and individuals recovering from addiction.
  • Exceptional active listening, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
