About the Role

Serenity Royale Hospital was established in 2021 in the heart of Galadimawa, Abuja, with one goal: to create a place where people struggling with mental health and addiction challenges could find expert medical attention in a dignified, peaceful environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Nurse to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering holistic patient-centered care, ensuring that every individual receives the highest standard of clinical support and emotional reassurance throughout their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted for mental health and addiction recovery treatment.
  • Administer medications, monitor treatment plans, and accurately document patient progress and vital signs.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
  • Create a safe, therapeutic, and tranquil environment that promotes healing and minimizes patient distress.
  • Educate patients and their families on wellness strategies, medication management, and post-discharge care.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and crises with professionalism, empathy, and sound clinical judgment.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification from a recognized institution.
  • Valid and current practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably within psychiatry, mental health, or addiction care.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, patience, resilience, and empathy.
