We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Doctor to join our multidisciplinary team and help us transform lives through expert medical intervention.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and general medical evaluations for patients admitted for mental health and substance abuse treatment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff.
- Provide acute medical care, manage withdrawal symptoms, and administer prescribed medications safely.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, relapse prevention, and ongoing wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.
- Possess a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MBChB) from a recognized institution.
- Hold a valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of clinical experience, preferably in psychiatry, mental health, or addiction medicine.
- Demonstrated ability to handle medical emergencies with calmness and professional competence.
