We are currently inviting applications from qualified and passionate professionals for the position of Clinical Instructor in Nursing Science. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor nursing students during clinical rotations and practical laboratory sessions.
- Demonstrate and evaluate clinical procedures in accordance with current nursing standards and guidelines.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic and clinical records.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate theoretical knowledge with hands-on clinical practice.
- Uphold the institutional values of Fountain University while instilling strong professional ethics in students.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and continuous professional development activities.
- Possess a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc.) degree from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must hold a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Possess a valid, up-to-date professional practicing license.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Previous clinical teaching or mentorship experience will be an added advantage.
