About the Role
Paradise Palms Lodge & Suites is currently seeking a dedicated and thorough Cleaner to join our hospitality team in the vibrant commercial and residential hub of Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos. Located conveniently on Felecia Koleosho Street, our lodge offers a welcoming environment for guests, and we pride ourselves on maintaining exceptional hygiene and sanitation standards across all our facilities. Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning duties across guest rooms, suites, hallways, and common areas in accordance with lodge standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities promptly and efficiently.
- Dust furniture, polish fixtures, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors to ensure a pristine appearance at all times.
- Collect and properly dispose of waste, maintaining clean and sanitary waste disposal areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items in rooms to management immediately.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored, maintained, and used economically.
- Proven work experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Relevant professional qualifications or training in cleaning and sanitation is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
- Good interpersonal skills and a polite, professional demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle demanding cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
