About the Role
Kilo's Kubicle is a modern creative lifestyle hub blending retail, lounge culture, music, pastries/tea service and social experiences into one immersive branded environment. Designed as a cultural and creative destination, the space combines industrial aesthetics, modern comfort and artist-driven energy to create a visually memorable and socially engaging experience. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to ensure our facility remains spotless, hygienic, and welcoming to all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of the lounge, retail areas, restrooms, and seating spaces
- Maintain clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and display fixtures to uphold our aesthetic standards
- Empty trash bins regularly and manage waste disposal protocols effectively
- Ensure all floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed consistently throughout operational hours
- Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and tissue promptly
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management immediately
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards across the hub
- Age requirement: 21 to 35 years old
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification
- Previous professional cleaning experience in hospitality, retail, or a lifestyle hub is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a polite, customer-friendly attitude
- Naturally neat, presentable, and well-groomed at all times
- Highly responsible, punctual, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Must reside in Abuja or have reliable means of daily commute to the location
