About the Role
Wendernek Consulting Limited, a leading human resource management solution provider in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Facility Manager to oversee daily facility operations across our assigned properties. In this role, you will ensure our buildings operate efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality while maintaining excellent tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily facility operations across assigned properties and ensure seamless business continuity.
- Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance, urgent repairs, and building renovations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to guarantee strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules.
- Plan, allocate, and manage facility-related budgets and expenditures efficiently.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and performance for cleaners, security personnel, and technicians.
- Respond promptly and effectively to facility-related emergencies and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, safety procedures, and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with the property management team to drive optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Estate Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of proven professional experience in facility or property management, preferably within the real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of building maintenance protocols, safety regulations, and vendor management best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites independently and efficiently.
- Proximity to Ikoyi or its surrounding environs will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Immediate availability to resume or a maximum notice period of two weeks is required.
