Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across restaurant and bakery facilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with health regulations
- Perform regular cleaning of dining areas, restrooms, and public spaces to ensure a welcoming environment
- Dispose of waste materials properly and manage cleaning supplies inventory
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain operational cleanliness
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management immediately
- Follow all health and safety protocols and company cleaning procedures
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift heavy items
- Reliability and excellent attendance record
