We are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Gym Instructor to join our founding team and help shape an exceptional fitness culture from day one. Key Responsibilities- Design and lead engaging, safe, and effective fitness classes and personalized training sessions for clients of varying fitness levels.
- Supervise gym floor activities, ensuring all members properly use equipment and adhere to facility safety guidelines.
- Provide expert guidance on physical fitness, exercise techniques, and general health and nutrition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment across the gym and related sports facilities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong rapport with members to encourage retention and loyalty.
- Assist in organizing special fitness events, tournaments, and community wellness programs at the facility.
- Relevant certifications in personal training, fitness instruction, sports science, or a related field.
- Proven prior experience working as a gym instructor, fitness coach, or in a similar wellness role.
- Strong commitment to core values including high integrity, strict punctuality, and a positive, pride-driven work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to motivate others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury service environment located in Jos, Plateau.
