About the Role
Lock and Sum Consulting is excited to partner with Tay, a brand new luxury gym and football pitch facility launching in Jos, to find an energetic and dedicated Pitch Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the customer experience from day one, ensuring our world-class sporting and fitness facilities operate smoothly, maintain high standards, and deliver exceptional service to every member and visitor.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the football pitch and surrounding sports facilities to ensure optimal condition and readiness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, warmly greeting guests, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Coordinate booking schedules, tournaments, and facility usage efficiently to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Enforce facility safety guidelines, equipment care protocols, and general rules of conduct among all users.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities, community events, and sports programs.
- Relevant academic qualifications and demonstrated experience in sports facility management, hospitality, or customer service.
