Key Responsibilities- Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities, lesson preparations, and instructional materials management.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students needing extra academic attention or guidance.
- Monitor student behavior, maintain a clean and safe learning environment, and ensure classroom discipline.
- Help manage classroom transitions, school activities, and extracurricular events.
- Supervise children during outdoor play, meal times, and rest periods, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Must possess a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution.
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting educational development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
- Residency in Osogbo or immediate willingness to relocate.
