Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective primary school lessons in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and godly character formation.
- Assess, monitor, and record students progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to enhance school programs and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and manage classroom behavior professionally.
- Participate actively in school meetings, professional development sessions, and community events.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Education or a related discipline (NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc with PGDE).
- Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
