About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Early Years Class Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. In this role, you will play a foundational part in shaping the intellectual, social, and spiritual development of our youngest students, ensuring they receive the best possible start to their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the early childhood curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages child-led exploration and positive social interaction.
- Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records of developmental milestones and academic growth.
- Partner closely with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on student progress and behavioral development.
- Implement positive classroom management strategies to foster discipline, kindness, and respect among young learners.
- Supervise indoor and outdoor play activities to ensure the physical safety and well-being of all children.
- Participate in school-wide events, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.A in Early Childhood Education, Nursery/Primary Education, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Early Years Teacher or Nursery School Educator in a reputable school.
- Strong passion for teaching and nurturing young children with patience and empathy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
