We are currently seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators and contribute to our thriving learning community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute engaging, comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavior, and overall development, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a focused and positive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and enhance the school's academic standards.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven prior teaching experience in a reputable primary school setting.
- Strong passion for teaching and working with children in their formative years.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and basic educational technology.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Benin City, Edo State.
