Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engaging, comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
  • Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavior, and overall development, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a focused and positive learning atmosphere.
  • Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and enhance the school's academic standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Proven prior teaching experience in a reputable primary school setting.
  • Strong passion for teaching and working with children in their formative years.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and basic educational technology.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Benin City, Edo State.
