Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons tailored to the developmental needs of nursery school children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and active participation.
- Monitor, assess, and record each child's academic, social, and emotional progress, providing constructive feedback to parents.
- Supervise classroom activities, indoor and outdoor play, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all pupils at all times.
- Organize creative learning resources, arts, crafts, and interactive games to foster foundational literacy and numeracy skills.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, school administrators, and parents to support the holistic development of every child.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or relevant academic qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable nursery or primary school setting.
- Exceptional patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
- Proficiency in modern early childhood pedagogical methods and classroom management techniques.
