Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and orderly classroom environment conducive to effective learning and positive student behavior.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support student development and well-being.
- Participate in school-wide activities, staff meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular programs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.A., or B.Sc in a relevant subject area.
- Previous teaching experience will be a distinct added advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated expertise in effective classroom management and student engagement.
- Must be self-driven, highly dedicated, and passionately committed to the teaching profession.
- Must currently reside in Awka, Anambra State.
