Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective daily lessons in alignment with the approved school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and positive behavior.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback and regular reports to parents and school management.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement positive discipline strategies to maintain an optimal learning atmosphere.
- Participate collaboratively in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and extra-curricular activities.
- Integrate modern educational technology and innovative teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Applicants for the positions of Class Teacher must possess a minimum qualification of B.Ed., B.Sc., HND, or NCE in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and working with children in a structured academic setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism, patience, and moral integrity.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school environment will be an added advantage.
