About the Role
Midela Luxury Homes Limited is a growing construction and property development company committed to delivering quality and well-crafted homes. We are dedicated to creating stylish, functional, and durable homes that meet today’s lifestyle needs. We are currently seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Industrial Training (IT) student or entry-level candidate to join our dynamic team in Lagos and gain invaluable hands-on experience in real estate development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist engineers and site teams with daily construction activities and monitoring ongoing works.
- Gain practical exposure to concrete, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, and foundations.
- Assist with measurements, setting out, and basic site documentation.
- Support quality-control checks and help prepare daily site reports.
- Learn how construction drawings and specifications are interpreted and implemented on site.
- Comply strictly with all site safety and Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
- Currently studying for or recently completed a Civil Engineering degree or diploma at a recognised institution.
- Must require Industrial Training (IT/SIWES) placement or be available for an entry-level role.
- Strong passion for building construction, site engineering, and real estate development.
- Eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be resident in Lagos and available to work on active construction sites.
- Hands-on mentorship from experienced construction professionals and engineers.
- Direct exposure to luxury residential building projects in prime Lagos locations.
- Potential for career growth and future employment opportunities upon successful completion.
