About the Role
Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Civil Engineer with a technical sales focus to join our expanding team in Nigeria. In this exciting role, you will bridge the gap between core civil engineering and client engagement, driving project success while contributing to business growth through strategic technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, cost estimates, and feasibility studies in full compliance with Nigerian standards and regulations.
- Provide expert technical support, advisory services, and real-time troubleshooting for project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Drive technical sales by contributing to high-value proposals, leading client meetings, and translating complex requirements into viable engineering solutions.
- Supervise site activities rigorously to ensure strict adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and construction specifications.
- Enforce comprehensive QA/QC procedures alongside strict health, safety, environment, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and assist with procurement and vendor evaluations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation while acting as a seamless liaison between site teams, management, and clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Professional certification or active registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) is a strong advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience spanning construction, infrastructure, or structural engineering projects.
- Demonstrated background in technical sales, client-facing engineering roles, or technical solution support.
- High proficiency in industry-standard engineering design and CAD software.
- Deep working knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
