About the Role

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and hands-on Operations & Maintenance Operator to oversee our liquid filling and packaging lines. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving production efficiency, ensuring seamless machine performance, and maintaining adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and supervise bleach and liquid cleaner sachet lines to consistently achieve daily production targets.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on liquid filling, capping, batch coding, and shrink-wrapping equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and automation-related issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor product quality, ensuring filling accuracy, proper cap sealing, label positioning, and packaging integrity.
- Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S workplace organization, and strict chemical safety procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and equipment commissioning projects.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of bottling or sachet packaging lines within FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong technical proficiency in reading engineering drawings, mechanical systems, pneumatics, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis, breakdown troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with servo systems, VFDs, sensors, and SAP PM module is a distinct advantage.
