About the Role
Proten International, a leading Human Capital Development firm, is currently recruiting four skilled Civil Engineers on behalf of our esteemed client in the engineering sector. In this vital role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of civil and structural projects while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Verify project plans, engineering designs, drawings, and material quantities for absolute accuracy.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the project team to manage interdisciplinary interfaces.
- Formulate Site Technical Queries and follow up diligently to secure timely clarifications.
- Monitor project schedules closely and submit detailed daily progress reports.
- Maintain and organize current project documents, specifications, and standards for all active sites.
- Track project document revisions and assess their operational impact on schedules.
- Enforce strict quality control and safety measures across all contractor activities.
- Perform accurate verification of site measurements and execute additional tasks assigned by the department.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Eng) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in petrochemicals or fertilizer plant operations.
- Demonstrated expertise with a strong background in complex industrial environments.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of developing contract teams.
- Strong working knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and project documentation management.
