Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive Civic Education lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic and moral growth.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and critical thinking.
- Encourage students to actively participate in community service, leadership programs, and extracurricular school activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administrators to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's Degree, NCE, or equivalent professional teaching qualification in Education, Political Science, or related fields.
- Proven teaching experience, preferably within a reputable secondary school environment.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian educational curriculum regarding Civic Education and social studies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
