Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate comprehensive training programmes for CIT drivers, crew members, supervisors, and operational personnel.
- Identify training needs based on operational incidents, performance gaps, audits, client requirements, and procedural changes.
- Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based training on CIT operations, security protocols, and emergency response management.
- Ensure personnel are fully trained on safe cash collection, handling, transportation, and delivery procedures.
- Develop robust training materials, manuals, assessments, practical exercises, and competency checklists.
- Maintain accurate training records, monitor training effectiveness, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Security Management, Criminology, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in CIT operations, security training, or related security fields.
- Strong practical knowledge of Cash-in-Transit operations, risk management, and security procedures.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
