Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and manage state-of-the-art cinema projection and digital audio equipment.
- Ensure films are projected with optimal picture clarity, appropriate framing, and crystal-clear sound quality.
- Strictly adhere to scheduled daily screening programmes for starting and ending movie features.
- Continuously monitor equipment performance throughout screenings to prevent unexpected interruptions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report technical faults or equipment anomalies promptly.
- Perform routine, basic equipment checks, cleaning, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of equipment performance, technical issues, and screening schedules.
- Collaborate closely with the wider cinema operations and customer service teams to guarantee smooth daily workflows.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior technical, IT, or cinema projection experience will be considered a strong advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and foundational technical troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and personal accountability.
