Key Responsibilities- Oversee the comprehensive day-to-day management and operational tasks of the cinema site.
- Support the Business Manager in driving daily retail profitability by maximizing Revenue Per Head (RPH), minimizing shrinkage, and reducing wastage.
- Proactively manage operational costs, oversee third-party contractors, and supervise team members.
- Continuously provide constructive feedback to improve cinema operations while championing the needs of guests and staff.
- Maximize employee performance through teamwork, effective motivation, coaching, and rigorous performance management.
- Handle administrative duties, including setting shift rotas and organizing staff remuneration.
- Collaborate with the film booking department to propose and prepare performance schedule plans aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure the cinema consistently meets weekly and periodic audience turnout targets.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across the facility.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management at a supervisory level, with retail industry experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to multitask and adapt swiftly to dynamic situations.
- Deep understanding of Health and Safety regulations and workplace compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.
