About the Role
Life Champions Christian Centre is a growing, vibrant faith community committed to raising solution-oriented and successful people for Jesus Christ. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and spiritually mature Church Administrator to manage our daily operations, coordinate facilities, and provide vital administrative support that allows our pastoral team to focus on spiritual leadership.

Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including facility bookings, church schedules, and correspondence.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and security to ensure a safe, well-prepared environment for all church activities.
- Assist in planning and executing Sunday services, weekly programs, and special church events.
- Supervise the maintenance and security of church equipment and premises.
- Maintain accurate financial records, process payments and deposits, assist with budget tracking, and oversee payroll administration.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule administrative staff and volunteers.
- Manage internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, bulletins, and member databases with discretion and confidentiality.
- Support church growth initiatives through effective administrative planning and coordination.
- Handle official inquiries professionally, maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Bible School Training & Certification (e.g., Day Star Leadership Academy, WOFBI) is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' proven experience in office administration, non-profit management, or church leadership.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), accounting software, and church management tools such as ChurchTrac or Planning Center.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and strong interpersonal relations.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Strong spiritual maturity and a deep commitment to the church's mission, vision, and values.
