Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging Christian Religious Studies lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and spiritually uplifting classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and comprehensive reports.
- Guide students in moral development, biblical principles, and spiritual growth.
- Participate actively in school chapel services, morning devotions, and other spiritual activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to plan school events and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain effective classroom management and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed in Christian Religious Studies or a closely related field.
- Proven teaching experience in a structured school environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.
