About the Role
Tokiye Integrated Medical Services is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Technology Officer (Technology & Digital Channels) to lead our digital transformation agenda. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the availability, security, and scalability of our core technology infrastructure and digital channels, elevating Nigeria's healthcare project management and service delivery standards to international levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Own the core banking and digital platforms, including mobile, web, and USSD channels, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and transaction journeys.
- Establish robust cybersecurity and information security frameworks compliant with CBN and industry regulatory requirements.
- Lead systems integration efforts with third-party payment gateways, fintech partners, and identity verification providers.
- Oversee technology operations, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and IT support services based in Port Harcourt.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of technology, product, and data professionals.
- BSc or BEng in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant technology experience, with at least 4 years in banking, fintech, payments, or regulated financial services.
- At least 3 years in a senior technology leadership or executive management position.
- Recognized professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, ITIL, or PMP are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable expertise in core banking platforms, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and vendor management.
