About the Role
Aldelia Limited is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of IT to direct our technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and network services. In this critical leadership role, you will ensure high availability, robust cybersecurity, and scalable operations for a fast-growing FTTx operator.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain enterprise server infrastructure, physical and virtual environments, storage, and core network services.
- Ensure 24/7 availability, resilience, and optimal performance of business-critical telecommunication infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud services, datacenter infrastructure, and backup environments.
- Oversee LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, and network security appliances to guarantee robust connectivity.
- Lead cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability management, and business continuity planning.
- Direct the IT budget, manage vendor relationships, and mentor the technical team.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and enterprise operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystems, Linux, virtualization, and enterprise networking.
- Proven background in ITSM frameworks, cybersecurity controls, and disaster recovery planning.
